He mea nui te hauora o te tangata – People always come first. When people flourish, organisations flourish.
Workplace wellbeing is just as important as your own wellbeing, so why not connect with us so we can support you to invest in the wellbeing of your people.
Research says 80% of New Zealanders experience mental distress or are affected by someone who does. Whilst mental distress costs our workplaces $1500 per employee, the workplace saves $4.20 for every $1 spent on mental health programmes.
So why not engage with us to bring a mental health and wellbeing seminar, workshop or training to your business or organisation.
We acknowledge that each group of people has particular challenges, and our costs include our initial whanaungatanga session - meeting with you to identify these so that we can address them for you. We can tailor the topic to your audience, but some ideas to explore include:
What is mental health – working on your own well-being & strategies for supporters.
Wellbeing in context – particular challenges for YOUR team/ Industry, tips for leaders.
Valuing Lived Experience - tapping into the resilient workforce/ bringing your whole self to work.
Creating a social movement - leveraging community, connection and edu-tainment.
Challenging prejudice, discrimination, bias and exclusion - encouraging safe disclosure around mental health.
The power of language – the number one most effective change you can make to the wellbeing your staff and clients/audience.
Safe storytelling - using stories of Lived Experience to change minds, attitudes and behaviours.
