Research Coordinator | Mapping the Wellbeing System

 

Changing Minds is leading a 12 month Lived Experience led research project on behalf of Manatū Hauora Ministry of Health to understand how our experiences of government systems and services have a positive or negative impact on our wellbeing, and to map and visualise these experiences.

We are looking for a Research Coordinator to join our project team on a fixed term contract (8 hours per week).

The successful person will bring experience in research, academia or data analysis and be able to support the Community Insights Manager, Mapper and other project team members to:

  • Develop and test interview questions.

  • Provide insights and guidance on sampling and coding saturation.

  • Work with the Community Insights Manager to support the coding team.

  • Work with the Community Insights Manager and Mapper to identify key themes and emerging areas of interest.

  • Undertake quantitative analysis if/as required.

We invite applications from people with a wide range of skills and experiences but some data analysis and/or qualitative analysis, and statistical analysis experience is required.
